In my experience, no. Being able to twitch aim has no effect on the AT4.

that first video appears to be impossible to me. Something is up, because that just doesn't seem right.

The second video is legit, and acctually appears doable (not for me, but for someone) I have hit a couple choppers (blackhawks) with the AT4 recently and I'm getting better

There was a time when nobody liked the AT4,I know they speed it up a little but now we're all using it.It's a skill based weapon and fun to use It's really cool to see what some people who spent alot of time with it can do.
