Here it is, May 26th, and I woke up freezing in my room underneath two blankets; just has been really cold this year. Wind was howling all night and today, and it's been raining. Usually, the sun is out, and the rain and wind stop in late April to early May. I want to go fishing, but I'm not going when the joints in my hands are freezing when I'm inside the house, lol.

Is it unusually cold for anybody else?

I love the fall, but the winter is sort of boring (well, depending on where you live). Here, winter means shoveling snow, and we got 5 feet of snow accumulated at all times a few years ago Sad I like the fishing and such in the summer though; all the bass and panfish are more active. But yeah, 86 degree weather is really shocking after coming of a cold spell; even 70 seems to feel too hot.

It's 85 and humid. I hate summer time. I love spring and fall. The only thing I like about summer time is the skirts/skimpy outfits. Bad thing about those though is you have to be careful. 15 will net you 20 in PA.

I live in WA state; it's usually much warmer, but it's still down in the 40's at night lately (not counting windchill factor), and 50's during the day. The cold gets to the joints in my hands and they hurt, so I end up having to soak my hands in warm water. Sad Not only has been both cold and very windy, but it's been pouring down rain very frequently.

I watched the weather channel for about 5 minutes and found out that for the next few days, it's pretty much going to be shit. Except in Texas. I for one love the cold and the rain. I hate when it's hot. Like I tell people. "You can always throw more clothes on to warm up, but you can't take more clothes off to cool down."

yes i agree. i haattteee the heat. cold doesnt bother me too much though.

Really? I don't mind heat, but I can't stand cold at all. Could be my bloodlines maybe? One of my grandmothers are from Mexico. :p
