The FireSale map pack due out June 7th has been anounced to cost 240 MS pts. You can purchase the 870 shotgun for 80 MS pts, and there will also be a free theme. I'll buy the maps. I got the shottie by buying from Gamestop but I don;t use it much anymore. Not really that great of a shotgun in my opinion.

i got the shotty for free from the german THQ website. definately going to get this DLC.

any ideas as to what i could spend the rest of the money on (smallest amount of MSP i can buy is 16oo iirc)

The shot dissolves into dust about a meter away, and the spread is pretty tight. Take one or the other out and you have a decent gun.

so much fun on culdesac, although im prefering to use the Super V with ice cold instead now, as its better for anti-airstrikes.

Not sure I will get the map pack as I hardly play anymore. The game isn't very rewarding for me.

its a very unforgiving game. Before I learned all my level 75 asshole tricks I had lots of sessions end in rage. It isn't a take your time kind of game, you just have to become proficient at doing things very quickly, and use confusion whenever possible.

BTW I can't wait for the new maps. I really glad that it's only 240 MS

I would agree it is more a run n gun game and fast paced. I have had some rage moments but not to many. Move, move, move, look around lots!

I haven't totally given up on it yet.

I always did MUCH better when I took my time. I REALLY need to play with you guys sometime and I'm sure that might make it more fun.

There are certin areas that you can reach that I didn't know about when I started. I use cover and the map a lot better than I used too. such as being able to escape when I'm under fire. I don't know, just lots of little things that keep you alive.

Also people fear the drone spam. spam enough buzzards or wolverines and people will get tired of shooting them down

and yeah i suppose, im good at a couple of objectives in particular such as A on crossroads and A on cul-de-sac. only 5 more levels until i can 75whore it up with you Very Happy

I have gotten two pieces of hatemail. One shortly after I got to 75, and one pretty early on in the game.

I do like giving a nice Buzzard wave to snipers. I just park next to them, snapping pictures of their teammates, then fly lazily in front of them. They shoot, Buzz goes boom, and I get a grenade kill.
