Anyone here play the Civ series? I've been playing since the beginning and I gotta say, with the exception of Civ 3 and Civ Rev, every game gets better than the last. I've put over 500 hours into Civ 4 and 140 in Civ 5... it's just so addicting.

I've played revlotuion on the 360 which i liked. Never played any PC ones though.

I think Civ II or III were the best. Can't even stomach Civ I. Civ IV was very entertaining, but something about it felt too... simple. Not to mention it didn't run very well on my desktop (3 or 4 years ago), so games took FOREVER. Civ II, though... my library had a copy of it, and the day I discovered you could play Civ II without needing the disc basically meant I did nothing but play for like three weeks straight.

Then I got bored. But, whatever.

Fuckin Civ I was impossible. I got all confident with my chariot warriors about to conquer the globe, and then i got carpet bombed.
