make a draughts (checkers) board using smooth and cobblestone, and use black/white wool as the pieces.

12x12 grid is all we'd need. and a chest to put them in.

then we'll have a SeC maze, checkers board, gladiator arena and swimming pool. which would be AWESOME!
then set some games or competetions up and i'll give stuff away to the winners (like diamonds or whatnot)

good idea?

Yes this sounds awesome! Now I just have to build some sort of roller coaster and we'll be complete.

err... what is the hugeass empty sandstone building with a hoop thing on the top?

also, rollercoaster sounds AWESOME! i wonder if there are any rails left over from making the railway from stalingrad.

Booster rails worked as breaks for me yesterday. I don't know if it was a problem on my end or somethings up due to the 1.7.2 patch.

I have a stack of iron so ill provide a good amount of rails for you guys.

^ if the rails are off they act as brakes.

its only when they have power (via redstone torches or detector rails) that they boost you.

you have to put a detector rail before the booster (or power it by a torch) or else it wont work.
