Apparently there was some confusion but everyone will be getting the same stuff if they pre-order no matter where they are.

I went ahead and pre-ordered as i am certain i'll be getting the game now.

I'm a little confused. So you get ALL of that for pre-ordering? Like if I order through Amazon I'll get it all or only one thing?
