Why are they rebooting the Spider Man movies? They aren't even 10 years old.

It was cheaper than paying sam and Toby.

my only complaint so far is his macroversion twilight hair.

At least they are following the comics (some what) this time.

It looks like a mix of original/ultimate storylines

I didn't like the Spiderman movies. 1 was good, the rest were shitteh.

3 was shit because Sony went behind the director's back and added what they wanted.

Other then Spiderman 3(which wasn't Raimi's fault)Marvel has had a lot of good luck this year and put out stellar movies one after another.

That was really true. That was just out of Thor's character for the most part. Other then that, it was a really well done movie. Far better then Green Lantern. Which, lets face it, anything released by DC that doesn't have BATMAN in it is doomed to fail.

Which is sad since Superman is their flagship character. And his movies suck.

The new superman title is being produced(?) By nolan. I believe he's doing somthing with the script too.

We're all going to have to deal with this because Disney bought Marvel. Now they're just cranking out Super-Hero movies.

Because Disney has almost milked all their stuff dry. And now they are to ruin another thing.

Disney has trouble with creativity. I don't really see much "New" material coming from them. As far as I can tell, most of their classics were fairy tales they put on screen. They came up with mickey mouse, the lion king...and that's about it.

I still have yet to acquire (read: torrent, idk how you guys are with that kinda stuff) the movie. My uncle has the DVD and I watched the first 30 minutes at his house. The movie stays true to the trailer in Grindhouse from what I saw. The gore is over-the-top unrealistic. It's a really good exploitation film.

It doesn't seem to stray too far and turn into one of those exploitation films that are just bad. It stays in that "so bad that it's good" category.

I only saw the beginning so I haven't seen much of the shotgun.

tl;dr

It's pretty good from what I've seen.
