What do you think we could have done differently, and can do differently this year to make the SeC a better place?

What could we do different? We find people who aren't total idiots and are cool with each other (mostly) and invite them here. Then we just talk about the stuff we are interested in.

To keep on topic, I'd like to start doing a poll of the day... I think that could be cool.

And it's pretty impressive that the same core group of people have stuck around for so long; nearly 200,000 posts with only about 50-60 active members at a time.
