10L of Cider right there. it tastes vair nice.

we took the other 5L down to cornwall as a gift to our friends (who let us use the apple press in the first place, as well as lending us Cider kegs for the journey back) but we still have more than enough to last Very Happy

we had 5 gallons more, but that has turned to cider vinegar because we didn't have enough Demijohns (the glass tanks) to put them in. plus the keg was kinda skanky, so it was bound to go wrong.

the stuff we put in disinfected tanks is the Cider Very Happy

you should try an make your own. the main issue is getting enough apples and the gear to process them. we have an apple tree in the garden and our friends in cornwall have an orchard and cider press so its fairly simple.

the actual brewing is the easy part Razz

those are the Airlocks to let the gas out, but not let oxygen in (oxygen = aerobic respiration = vinegar)
