Need computer geek help

For some reason I never sign in to xbox live via computer, even on my PC back home I always had a problem of the site not loading or telling me that I had entered wrong name/password, even though I hadn't entered at all.

In the laptop that I am attempting to connect with at the moment I get the following error:
The page isn't redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

Could this have something to do with MSN and bad microsoft code?

I have had it trying to use their service via PC and constantly being blocked out, on more than one machine too.

have your tried another browser?

It appears to work with Explorer, but how would you explain this? The fact that Explorer keeps crashing is making this extremely aggravating...

I've had the same thing happen on Firefox with my school's website. I think it's a bug with firefox that happens sometimes, clearing all your cache and cookies and stuff might help it.

Wouldn't that mean that I would have to sign in here again too?

I don't think there's any sign-in risks here, but you would lose access to the old .net, not that it's currently hosted anywhere on the internet.

Nevermind, I just wanted to edit my profile after reading some of those banning reasons from the site that Frost posted. Did on Explorer, but it seemed to take forever.
