I know that the Shell is better against armour.

i too would like to know this...

My guess would be that one shell does about 3-4 damage against armor with there being 8 shots in a volley.

ATGM probably does something around 40-45 damage (to the front)

cant really make a decision on guided shell and apfsds-t shell (havent even unlocked this one)

I tried the T shell last night for the first time,never got a chance to use it against armor but it was hell on infantry.Between the main weapon and t shell you have no worries being vulnerable during reload.If its as effective or almost effective as the other two against armor the t shell is the way to go.

Googled it, and it stands for Armor Piercing, Fin Stabilized, Discarding Sabot-Tracer Shell. fancy.

ATGM can hit around corner.

It can be useful in urban situation, where corner cover is prevalent.

I used to use ATGM, but I've been using AP shell lately.

Hit them with AP shell, switch to HE, switch back to AP, repeat. I'm able to keep a constant stream of fire on an enemy vehicle using this method. Very effective thus far.
