Question. Do they cover telling information about a bro to a prospect lover of said bro?

Back story= my bro was dating a girl for like a year and half, but they broke up last week. The last few months they have been distant anyway, and almost never saw each other. So theres this other girl, and they are going to go out, but their just giving it time right now. But he felt bad about the whole thing this week, as the fact that he was in a long relationship sorta just hit him. So she wants to know whats up, and asked me to tell her.
The first thing that popped into my head was, "Respect the Bro Code."
