i work for an ISP. no bandwidth cap here

Canadian ISPs do enforce caps on bandwidth but i don't think we throttle as much as American ISPs do

i'm not running on 100 down 100 up just 10mbps over 1mbps but it's not restricted so i don't buffer at all
