y u delete the Slayer vid I posted,and claimed I had a copyright violation lol..It was "World Painted Blood" I extended. I must have the worst luck in the world,anybody can upload whatever they want.I never said I made the song or anything,I gave Slayer credit >__> I can't play any instrument to save my life

This being the internet,I know somebody is gonna try to be a smartass and say "I was wrong" well,it feels wrong for FB to do that.All the millions of people on youtube and countless sites make remixes of songs and nothin ever happens to them and what about all the covers people do of songs -__- or Fair Use Act of 1976

I'm not saying it's right or wrong, but it's a copyrighted work. Extending a track =/= a remix. Just because you give the artist credit does not mean the artist gave you permission to post it wherever you want.

I suppose you could use the whole "Fair Use" thing in your favor, but I'm not sure how that works.

yea the whole copyright thing is muddy.I figured since all the other millions of people make remixes or do covers of songs I could.But FB said lolno

The Fair Use thing says from what I looked up that you can use music or movies if for entertainment purposes,etc.Pretty much it's saying as long as you're not making money off of other people's stuff.

I'm one of the few I've seen that even gave credit to the people too
