you can really tear shit up in these if you have a good pilot. I was absolutely raping their tanks and choppers
Cool. The tanks were so confused at first cause they didn't know what was hitting them. I had a blast. Reminded me of the blackhawk rape in BC2. Picking off the little straglers bailing from vehicles Razz.

I love gunning from the Huey, Its just tough to get kills sometimes, because you don't get hitmarkers half the time. Pretty rare to find someone patient enough to fly the Huey and allow someone to do well gunning.

yeah I know what you mean. You really need to ignore that white aiming dot they give you and just watch were your bullets are actually going. It can still be hard though with the chopper bumping around. Most of my kills that round were from destroying tanks and choppers.

And yeah I don't know why more people don't use the Huey as a really offensive tool. I had Powderedtoastman at the helm so we fucked shit up.

Its almost impossible to shoot the thing down if the people in it are determined to keep it up. 2 gunners, 2 engi repairmen, and 1 point starved pilot >_>

yeah they're like flying tanks haha. Transport helos and the amtraac are really undervalued by most people I think. They can take alot of punishment and they can really dish out the pain in the right hands.

AMTRAK... fun times.

i went 19-0 in an AMTRAK on Noshasharrrshashar Canals using the gunner seat. Milk got upset though, i stole all of his points because he was driving ^_^

I've heard that drivers/pilots will be getting more points for driver assists in the next patch.

Anyway, Super Hueys and Kasatkas should be way more common.

yeah the assist bonuses right now are atrocious. 20 points? that's nothing. It should be at least 50 points. Maybe 60 or 70 even.

I had a round on Caspian Rush a couple days ago where my friend was flying, had one Engineer occasionally appearing, and we kept the thing in the air all round. Right before the round ended, I ate an IGLA. Ended up going 32-1 or something like that. My friend flying didn't have any K/D and his final score was less than 1000 points. It is crazy at how few points they do get for what they are doing.

for sure cause a transport helo with a good pilot and gunner is something to be feared and can really change the tide of the battle.

I was playing with Greg KG last week on Caspain Border Rush. He was piloting and I went 21 and 0 at the first base attaking while being the gunner.
Next thing I know is we go plummeting into the ground and we both die. I sit there going WTF GREG!!
5 seconds later Greg respawns into the Jet.

well I don't blame you you can't trust randy pilots to do much of anything. But if you have a pilot you can communicate with you can dominate land and air. It's pretty funny shooting down the attack choppers that try and come after you.

If this is true I will pilot the huey all day, every day.

Let the friend requests commence.

They need to switch the point values around between suppression assists and pilot assists. maybe now ill be more inclined to chauffeur the huey for everyone with my class A piloting.

Bf3 huey aint got shit on bc2 blackhawk though

I was and well still am a bit like this. Out of my 177 hours, 23 are in vehicles total. 2 hours are spent in the Huey. There's definitely something about running on foot that I still love. It's a much more personal experience shooting or stabbing the enemy than it is killing them from a vehicle.
