I have Civ 4,but got stuck in the demo just playing around because it says my cities are rioting.....and I don't know how/why.....they're all smokey lol

You either need...

-More units defending the city
-More buildings that provide happiness
-A better system of government
-A combination of these things


Civ games aren't really hard unless you're playing on Deity, but they do have a decent learning curve.

I liked it,yea I was always just thinking "one more turn" Razz

I think it was all smokey because they said it was too crowded (which I don't even know how I could fix) or,they weren't happy,probably a combo of both


I liked it alot better than empire earth 2...I like how Civ was turn based

eh I suck so bad at pc games :'(

This reminded me that I always meant to buy the Civ game for 360.
Played the demo over and over way back when. Really liked it.

Civ is awesome. I love it. Civ 4 is still better however. 5 is kind of watered down compared to 4 IMO.

Its fun to nuke the shit out of people. But it takes awhile to be able to do so. Kind of a late game tactic, which kind of sucks haha. Military was buffed alot in this game so its pretty easy to be an evil, power hungry dictator.
