maybe you're missing another one of the requirements for that assignment? there's like 5 of them for that one.

No I mean just that particular part of the assignment.

Battlelog says I have 1 hour and 59 minutes on it, so I was only a minute off.

I think it's just because the lobby system is so damn horrible that if you want to play the same map over and over again you'll end up spending just as much time in the menus as you do actually playing the game. Especially when they keep putting you in with like 5 tickets left...
