Dat Apple Support

A) Took my dads broken MacBook (only 30 days old) and found two faulty components (no physical damage)
B) didnt repair it as it had broken after 30 days, the Logic Board was kaput apparently.
C) got dad a brand new MacBook (and let him keep the accessories from both) within 30 mins
D) offered to swap harddrives, he didnt bother as it didnt have much on it
E) setup the MacBook in-store with him.
F) dad had a bad-quality Apple mouse from Ebay with a broken base. they repaired the mouse and cleaned it, both for FREE.

he is a happy man

I've heard good things about apple support. They fixed my friends computer for free(would have normally costed a few hundred) just because he said he couldn't really afford it.

This kind of stuff makes me actually like Apple.

With the piles of money Apple is rolling in, I'm not surprised.

exactly. expensive products, but damn good service for them as a result.

Yet this is the exact opposite reason of why I hate Apple. I always hear people say Apple has great customer service. But everytime I have a problem I am basically told to go off myself.
