currently all my game time is going towards EVE online

I play alot of stuff really. Right now I have not been playing much PC except for BF3 occasionally. Its kind of a dry period for PC games till the end of April.

My Steam library is massive though so I have alot of shit to play. But have either played it to death or played it to death on console.

Need something new to play till Risen 2 comes out.

my PC isnt that great, but im aiming at a decent laptop for uni (huzzah for having nothing worth buying all year!) so i might as well get steam now so i have a few games to play on it.

any good free-to-play games (i'm undecided about LoL) on Steam?

realm of the mad god and Tf 2 are some of the main ones i can think off but there are quite a few

There are tons of F2P games on Steam.

Tf2 is awedome and f2p. DON'T GET REALM OF THE MAD GOD ON STEAM!!! Go to their site and play it at wild shadow. I hated the rush of steam players

any particular reason why?

They flooded the already crowded servers and acted like most of the kongregate players. Adding that many new players changed the gameplay so you can barely play like you used to be able to and now the economy has changed and is even worse. Not to mention the other changes being made to the game to comfort the new players.

its an awesome game.

i got to level 8 but then got TP'd to some weird place along with a ton of other people.
i lagged out massively and then got instantly slaughtered

I've been trying to get a tf2 group together for the longest time now. I have a group I play with but they are never on

I play as a roaming solly, just to let you know. I can play pocket though, just prefer roamer

First off.. You didn't have anything worth buying but a laptop for you good ol pal Uni?! You're a champ! I'll pm you my address.

LoL is great if you have enough decent people that play it (I have lots of friends that play now). A good amount of the randoms you get paired with will piss you off. I very rarely solo queue. I love having a team of 5 all on vent, or over at my place.

thats why im undecided. randoms forced me to trade in BF3 (i had to stay up until 2am to play with most SeC players) and so i'd rather not buy a game which places me at the mercy of brain-dead fucking idiots.
