This is pretty cool - it's a radio controlled F-16 jet, with a camera mounted where the model pilot's head should be. The guy flying it from the ground is wearing goggles with a video feed from the pilot-cam, and can control it's movement through head-tracking. Genius, and bonus points for using Danger Zone from the Top Gun soundtrack.
