Are useless, well I mean not THAT useful.

It does not work with combo weapons.

Now the only one that I probably would say it is useful is the Sport Magazine, since Broad Sword, considered 'sporty' somehow, and bat are redily available, and has decent power to it...

I was curious to know if you can triple or even double book anything in this game. I have yet to experiment with the books. However, the Health book is nice. It makes food give you more health.

And the 10% more PP book is good too. *avoids penis joke*

Bonus point books do stack. There are three of them, and I tried using 2 of them and got 20% increase.

I keep two things now

Health 1 (50% boost for any food/drink item)
Sports (For basic bat and broadsword, which are easily obtainable as you leave safe house)

Until you mentioned it I never noticed the sports durability didn't work on combo weapons. What about the blade weapons magazine?

The only one you really need is the Playboy anyway. Wink

Any durability weapon only works with regular non-combos.

But as I have mentioned, Broadsword is 'sports' not 'blade' somehow...

I read a trick that levels you up quickly, but I'd rather not rush it.

There is absolutely no need to rush once you reach a level of 30. In fact, having some levels left to rise gives an advantage by leveling up just in right moment to get back the full health, lost in boss fights.

It seemed to be much easier to level to 50 in DR1.

Has anyone brought gifts to Katey yet? I just figured out you could last night. Accidentally had a beach ball handy and it offered to give it to her. Now I'm bringing her shit left and right.

I havent tried the water gun. I gave her a stuffed elephant, stuffed Donkey and a beach ball. I'll give her the bear and the water gun later. Sounds like anything toy related.

And my current playthrough, I did not do anything to her just to see what happens.

Soap says he created an army out of 7 survivors by giving them Merc Rifle (can't tell whether it is SCAR-L or SIG 556) blasting everything.

I don't like giving hard hitting weapons to survivors since they tend to beat each other up. Short range (handbag works best somehow) objects seem to keep them off zombies for the most part.

Shotgun is horrible since they shoot me with the zombies!

Handgun and rifle of some sort worked ok, but they still had tendency of shooting me. LoL

I have shotgun in my inventory whenever I can.

Another topic talked about the Tesla Ball lasting 3X as longer. I'll look around for more info.

Its sad though, I have been anticipating this game for like ever, and I thought it would be the only thing I would be playing till New Vegas came out. But I made the mistake of buying Borderlands three days prior to getting DR2, I love DR2, but man do I LOOOOOOVE me some Borderlands.

Also, 7 survivors all armed with LMGs, BEAST MODE.
