I read Discover, National Geographic, The Economist, Newsweek and Popular Mechanics.

Never really saw the appeal in Magazines

I only get the occasional Game Informer and read the NZ hunting and fishing magazine if im at the Doctors

I don't usually buy magazines because they're too expensive for me. I sometimes buy Top Gear though, and I'd consider buying Gameinformer if it were available here.

yeah pop sci and pop mechanics are great, although a lot of their stuff is pretty 'out there'.

I basically only read GI, Official Xbox Magazine, and Car & Driver, even though it might as well be BMW & Driver since they give those cars all the wins in the comparisons.

Yeah of course the flying humvee is improbable, the entire article was about how the government grant money for anyone who could create one was never gonna be given out because a flying humvee is impossible.

Yeah thats it not because were illiterate bums who like short books with lots of pictures and magazines are the grown up versions of those.
