I've actually died 3 times so far. This 4th life is by far my best though.
Spawn 1: I spawn on a beach, with few zombies. Taking my starting direction as "north" I head east. I found the city I recognized as Elektro, from youtube vids. More zombies here, more than I feel safe with. I head north, crawling as I do. Someone shoots me from behind, runs up and shoots me a few more times with an M4.
I died.
Spawn 2: I spawn very close to a seaside group of houses with a railway running through it. I hear noise and hit the deck. Some guy was booking it right into town. I trued to warn him about the zombies, but before I knew it, he was another corpse. Fearing for my life I crawl my way opposite the town, into a forest, then a field. I spot a deer blind from afar and approach. Another survivor gets there before I do, so I hide, not knowing if he was going to kill me. He searched around and left after a while. In the blind I found a few empty cans and a set of chemlights. I took what I needed. I sacked another deer blind further away, then stealthily entered a tiny village in the field, populated by zombies. I found a few items useless to me, I needed food, water and a weapon. Then a hacker killed everyone on the server and we all swore on the side chat channel.
I died.
Spawn 3: I spawned along the coast again, which I would later realize was the southeast corner of the map. I ventured into a single lane collection of houses, full of...zombies. But this spawn was quite a bit better. I found mu first weapon, a Lee Enfield, in the very first shed, as well as a crowbar. It was here that I killed my first zombie, a messy affair with the crowbar, losing a fair chunk of blood. No other aggro though, so I bandage and move on. I spend an hour wandering the coastline, only to get thirsty as I reach a lighthouse. Nothing there, so I head north. After a while I encounter a sizeable village. I hear gunshots, so I crawl into a patch of dense trees and pull out the Enfield. More shooting. Zombies aren't aggroed, but since I intend to clear them out to get water I load my gun and fire. Worst idea ever. They come pouring out and attack me into shock.
I died.
