No he says so in the video, and you can tell by the physx. I think the crappy quality is because they turned it down for smooth physx and/or because the gamespot video quality is crap.

From what I saw from both the gamespot and ign video, I think that they just turned down the setting enough for physx to run smoothly. This is because in the videos it looks A LOT worse than borderlands 1 on pc. Makes me really worried that we are going to have similar issues to what we had with Batman: AC.

I agree Tom

Even to this day I have some issue with PHSYX on Batman.
