It seemed to happen while I was typing, I think I hit shift and some random key and it changed what the buttons did.

What OS are you using?

Did you try restarting the computer?

In fairness to a turd

Did you try googling the problem before coming here

Although have you tried Ctrl+Shift+FN? (FN the key not the two seperate letters together)

Push it off your desk and disappear for a little bit.Act confused when you return. This has gotten me out of a few jams.

Has anything worked yet?

If it has then sweet

If it hasnt then try unplugging the keyboard and plugging it back in, That might reset it to default

If that doesnt work steal a co-workers keyboard

Sounds like you switched the keyboard to French. You'll need to switch it back to English.

yeah i think you changed the international setting. there should be an option on the bottom right of the screen to change it to an american keyboard format

One way to see if your keyboard is French is to scare it

If it runs off screaming its french
