Torchlight 2 is awesome

Not sure how you can claim a game is "so much better" after only 5 hours. Especially since the issues with Diablo 3 are only really apparent 15+ hours in. Hopefully I can play it soon.

The first 3 days of Diablo 3 were a nightmare. With epic server issues that prevented me from even playing. This also played a part in it. I can actually play TL2.

Not to mention the difficulty is scaled just about perfectly in this game.

Ive decided to make a more comprehensive list as to why I prefer TL2 to Diablo 3 after a short amount of time.

- The loot is abundant in absurd amounts
- Melee combat is much more satisfying IMO
- No RMAH ( stupidly rare legend drops killed the game )
- Offline SP
- 15$
- Pets


Ill post more once I play it some more.

But already Im enjoying the game more than I ever did Diablo 3.

Plus TL1 was awesome, so I know what to expect as i progress further into the game.

Played it for an hour (got to level 8 I believe) and not really enjoying it so far. Will try to get to level 20 or 30 before I actually pass judgement on the game.

Maybe, though dota 2 could be considered an ARPG and I adore that. The game right now is just way too easy and everything just seems bland. Like I said though it was only an hour, I do intend to beat the game before I pass judgement on it. (I am playing on normal btw)

yeah I can run it fine, it's just my laptop is from 2009 and gets sooooo hot just surfing the web and watching youtube vids >:0

I would recommend playing on Elite difficulty( I think thats what its called ) The one higher than Normal.

IMO these kind of games always start a little slow, they dont pick up until you unlock more skills and start getting into the deeper combat.

Elite is the hardest.
it will steal your lunch money and grope your girlfriend while kicking your dad in the face.
