[BL2] Goliath 4+lv up loot

Didn't realize it would give me such a nice item after it leveled up 4 times.

I think I'm gonna farm some items this way now.

Any doing this already?

Been doing this since I saw them. They're awesome, since I just snipe their face off, then let them kill all the rest of the bandits and kill em off. The loot goliaths drop the best stuff.

I think I am going to farm some decent items and shove the rest, which are still very good but slightly underleveled, into my third character (my current main is my second character).

As I can never get reliable loot for my MP only character, due to shared loot system...

Yeah, but then you run into the scaling issue. The loot would be better if you could play with more people, and it would be weaker from a SP character.

Better loot from MP means nothing if YOU CANNOT GET IT.

Have only seen less than a handful of courteous players who would actually sit around and discuss who should have it.

Most would just grab any coloured items without hesitation...

Its not in me to give frustrations to others in a co-op game (if we are talking about competitive games, then its another story entirely).

I just wished it had a different MP loot system & quest receiving (everyone starting / turning in quests can become quite messy with dialogue and story telling) so that its very comfortable for players to set public games without worries.

I've heard some unlucky and VERY careless player getting his Golden Key items stolen. Thats just not cool.

yeah, happened to me too. Frost ninja'd my shit. Though he gave it back when I asked, so no harm no foul.

Playing co-op only increases the chance of rare loot, not necessarily better. Co-op drops don't have higher stat rolls than non co-op.

So far it has not been too bad with SP drops so if I'm not getting shafted by the lower quality item (not drop rate) then I think I can handle it fine with better player control anyway.

What were the types of items spawned from the chest anyway?

there is a mission called protect slag tower where you can farm god-liaths. I didn't do, but I have friends who have and now have all purple/blue items

well good news if you get Resident Evil 6, each person has their own item drops on their screen, some can be different for each player. It dropped more ammo for me and more herbs for my friend, when you find a gun it also gives it to both players

I guess the term was instanced loot in the other thread? idk. never played any other game that had it in it haha.
