Adli, depends on what kind of Civ you want. any thoughts? do you want more quick expansion, solid borders, powerful army, infrastructure, trade?

i played the 'learn as you play' tutorial... turns out you cant save on that

Changing hp system to 100 base, instead of 10 base, has made a lot better balancing in actual troop strengths and more flexibility in your combat.

Religion and espionage can be either annoying or useful, depending on your situation. You can turn them off in the menu though. Some civs cannot survive without religion. Espionage is more for LOSING civs, and it does not provide ANY advantage to the already ahead civs, as you become more and more defensive in your espionage strategy, due to the system limitation.

New civs are meh~, thqh.

I like vanilla better IMO

The only change that you cannot disable is the hp system.

To disable that you have to disable GK entirely.

I enjoyed GK changes, but its probably due to myself liking CiV more than the actual quality of expansion.

When you setup the game, go to advanced, then you will see at the bottom right hand corner bunch of options you can enable and disable.
