yeah noticed it's been kinda slow lately. Was figuring it was just the usual weekend downtime but it didn't pick up any Monday or Tuesday. We must be in one of those down slumps.

I could post whore about all the awesome stoner/psychedelic/sludge/doom bands I've been discovering in the past like week (thank you youtube related videos). I actually paid money for music for the first time in at least 6-8 years that's how awesome I felt some of this stuff was. I don't think you guys are really into stuff like that all that much though.

I posted a few clips in the underground metal thread.

No a song doesn't necessarily need to be "busy" for me to like it. I mean the stuff I've been listening to lately is pretty basic and simple and I'm loving it...speaks to a primal part of me I think.

But yeah I don't know...I definitely don't hate foreigner but I've never had the urge to sit down and specifically throw on some foreigner. They're just ok for me. Stuff like hot tonight is the stuff I don't really click with when it comes to them.

Well hopefully she's not saying you don't really do it for her Wink

But yeah I don't hate on other peoples musical tastes. That's too much of a subjective subject. There's obviously stuff that I loath and have a hard time respecting as a musician but that being said if somebody digs it and gets enjoyment out of it who am I to crap on their parade?

Just don't force that stuff down my throat and I won't force my cracked out indian psychedelia stoner jams down yours.

But apparently being reasonable is too much to ask for when it comes to most people.
