8 fps is fun on a 670. Hopefully in 6 years games can look like that and run at 60+ fps.

After getting my second set of 680, it is even more apparent than before how HORRIBAD the PC games are optimized these days...

And yes, most likely around something in the range of 15~25'ish sounds like it, if 670 is running at 8fps.

But first things first, I do not have Skyrim.

apparently toning the grass down gives a large boost to FPS. after using Lush Grass, More Grass and Flora Overhaul... i agree with that statement haha

Well there's only one option then...Storm you need to get a bigger mobo and triple 680s and then play this Razz.

Quad SLI is the highest that is supported.

I don't think Octo GPU would work.

My mobo does have a switch to change the mode for extreme cooling (like LN), which I would like to test it some day. Though I have a feeling I will be upgrading before then. LoL

But, wouldn't it be easier to just wait for Fallout 4, instead of plastering mediocre looking game with cosmetic surgeries?
