So i was at work and it's a pretty slow day because the weather is shit so i am messing around on my phone. I notice a piece of lint under my screen protector and decide to take it off so i can get it off the screen. As i take it off the phone slips out of my hand even though i left the back plate on it tumbles over and BOOM.

Just 30 minutes ago i decided to clean it and under light i notice a big ass scratch covering most of the screen though it doesn't effect anything and you can't really even feel it when you put your hand over it i decided i have insurance so i might as well use it for what it's worth
, $130 to get it replaced.

Moral of the story don't take your phone protector off your phone unless you're around a cushy area...

Sounds like the only thing they insured was you getting F'd in the A.

chunckylover53

Totally missed that i did that and i did take insurance class..

It'd actually be $600 to replace

$130 deductible.

If you actually had to pay that, you might as well just go buy a new one

chunckylover53

If i had to pay that i'd just put up with the crack.

Mine updated to jellybean like a week or two ago. It's pretty nice.

Jellybean for S3 has been out for a while but most carriers are too fucking slow to get the update out in a timely manner. I have a damn galaxy nexus and didn't get Jellybean until 3 or 4 months after it came out. Stupid verizon.

I just got the Nexus a week ago. Not sure what is on it. Think I might have to look at updates.

if you mean the galaxy nexus just go to settings -> system information.

4.0 is ice cream sandwich
4.1 is jellybean
4.2 jellybean+ or something. I think only the nexus 4 has it.

I think Google is supposed to start laying the smack down onto carriers to push updates out as soon as they are available.
