I'm very allergic to cats, so dogs.

If I'm going somewhere that I know has cats I have to take allergy medicine before I go or my throat gets super scratchy and welt marks pop up all over my neck and it gets kinda hard to breathe.

Yeah the whole litter box thing is a deal breaker. And even though I know plenty of cats that can live outside, I also know plenty of cats who went outside and never came back...

Still like sheep said, even if you keep that thing clean, you can still smell it. I can usually tell right away if a house has cats or not.

Cat piss has it's own soul.

I lived in an apartment that smelled of cat piss everytime it got warm outside. No amount of carpet cleaner, scented candles, or weed could mask that stench. I told the landlord to just burn the place down. It would likely haunt the new place though...

Cats FTW!

We have three. Two Siamese mixes and a tabby. We raised the two males from kittens and the female we adopted when she was eight months. They are incredibly loving and social.

My cat Esteban is grey, fluffy, adorable, and photogenic. Best of all, he's 2 years old and has never shed a hair. Since my PC rests on the floor, that's basically a miracle for me.
