More than likely - I love the first two, best new ip of this gen IMO.

I will probably end up getting despite my grumblings about how the series seems to be changing. But we will see how my bank account looks when it comes out.

Didn't they say that the first two were too scary so they were toning it down?

I'm probably not getting it until it costs like $5. I haven't played the first two, the beginning glitches of the first one really turned me off of it.

I never had any glitch problems with Dead Space

If your FPS is too high the physics engine fucks up in all sorts of ways.

The first monster you can shoot and shit never shows up, and the invisible wall that it's behind never goes down. It's before the first save point and the first cutscenes are unskippable so it's really a pain in the ass.

Took me 3 or 4 times to figure out how to get past it since I had vsync on, but Virtu was doing it's own vsync thing that allows for high framerate.

And then there's the fact that the keyboard and mouse controls blow dick, but I guess I don't mind using a controller.

Just really a bad experience with it for me and I haven't felt the urge to go back to it.

yea Dead Space has some pretty low system requirements surprisingly

Very low considering how good it looks. The only other modern game I can think of that my framerate is in the hundreds in is Minecraft, maybe CS:GO.

In can get over 120 fps in COD BO 2

But that game kinda sucks sooooo

I saw this walkthrough of dead space 2 with this guy on a laptop I believe,with some old ass dual core cpu and some real old graphics card like maybe 8400gt or 8800gt,and it looked just as good as the xbox,if not a little better,I couldn't tell the difference
