Electric to start out.
Cars and buggies at first.

I think I'll build a working scale combustion engine for my first 2 stroke.

Either way good luck. I know a little bit about gas, but nothing about electric. Gas RC's are a lot of fun. Sucks that sometimes parts can get really pricey for them.

There is a guy in my town who builds little gas airplanes. But he is kinda weird, and he smells crazy.

I've built a 4 foot electric F22 from scratch. The process Is actually really fun.
