Has anyone else played this game? I just beat it today, it's pretty dope.

It's about some dude who shines flashlights at people and shoots them in the face. I recommend it.

Oh I do have that, got it bundled with the original plus the DLC for like $10.

I only played AW relatively recently, and it was a bit meh to me.

There was stuff I REALLY liked - the way the forest environments would 'shake' as the darkness came in, and the torch aiming was a really nice touch that worked so well.

But the writing was pretty terrible, and Alan himself was a bit of a douche. It seemed at times it didn't know if it wanted to be a straight up horror/thriller story, or a parody of the genres - it was that bad at times.

Never tried the arcade game.

I thought the writing was good, but they did end up going a little heavy on the comedic relief. The first chapter was probably the best though, where you didn't know what was going on and it was just a good horror story.

Yeah, I thought it started really strong but tailed off as it went. Probably doesn't help that I had a big gap between playing two thirds of the game and then finishing it.

weren't they supposed to add a co op horde type mode to this game only on pc or something?

never played em,but it had very good graphics from what I saw my bro play of it,it actually seemed kinda creepy,whenever I see it on sale on pc I'll probably get it again. Must look amazing on pc if it looked amazing to me on xbox

Yeah it's a nice looking game.

I just played the first DLC, the Signal. Jesus fuck, they ramped up the difficulty a ton on it.
