The only possible way to get that impression is from free-to-play games.

Which would be fine, if EA releases only free-to-play games.

Dammit people, stop buying this shit!

As far as paying to unlock stuff like it's talking about, I'm not really against that on its own. But it leads to unlock systems that require hundreds and thousands of hours to unlock everything legitimately, which kind of blows dick.
