hmm... like disliking movies that you like?

D

No not that at all I don't mind that at all.

It's more like when they describe a movie wrong.

I overheard someone talking about The Usual Suspects and said that Kevin Spacey's character was retarded.

Me in my office: Mad

WHAT?!?! That would have pissed me off too. I got ya though.

I have a friend up here at work that swaps movies with me. I give him my favorites, and he gives me his. Even if I don't like the movies he gives me, I watch them and give an honest review.

Well, after I admitted I didn't like one of his favorites he stopped watching my movies fully. He said he only watched what he could "tolerate" and gave a half-assed review. It really irritates me.

Naw not at all. I don't get bent out of shape when people don't like the stuff I don't like as long as they gave it a chance at least.

He's an Ashton Kutcher fan, and I liked The Butterfly Effect a lot. So he let me borrow Just Married and Dude Where's my car. Just Married was tolerable. Dude Where's My Car was painful. I gave the bad review of DWMC jand a good review of JM just to satisfy him. He blasted me for it. We got over it. But he won't watch my stuff now.

LOL. I liked DWMC but it's a terrible, terrible movie.

Didn't see Just Married.

Neither thrilled me much. Did you like Butterfly Effect?

D

Yeah I thought the concept of the film was good and I enjoyed it. There was a sequel to it that wasn't as good imo but still entertaining.

I noticed the sequal but I never saw it. I didn't want to tarnish my opinion of the first.

It was ok. It was a different guy and the concept involved photos instead of a journal. It was interesting.

Give it a shot and see what you think. I could think of worse ways to spend 90 minutes lol.

Kutcher used a family movie at the end of the first film. So Photos doesn't sound too ridiculous.

BTW, Amy Smart breached my top ten list with that movie. Not sure why exactly, but she does something for me.
