my bro's 210 tempest case arrived messed up, one of the legs/feet on the case is shorter than the other so it's wobbly,and, the front panel audio port is all garbled and glitchy, which I heard is actually pretty common on pc cases......anyway, I sent them several emails,and they never wrote me back, bastards. Newegg said they could send me a whole new case but the pc is already put together and probably not worth the money and trouble to ship it back...



moral of the story, don't get cheap ass pc cases, or at least not nzxt. I would of went with the antec 300 but my bro didn't like that the inside wasn't painted.

also the front panel audio port was SO hard to put the headphone jack into, and to take it out was so hard it broke the headphones

shitty deal man...I almost went with an NZXT phantom when I was going to do a full sized build. I heard pretty good things about that particular case though.

sounds like it was just a lemon case that slipped through quality control.

Just shitty luck, man. I built a PC for my ex using the Phantom and I loved the case. Well built and spacious. I would definitely buy an NZXT case again.

Front panel audio should really be avoided in the first place, it's normally pretty bad. Mine is a mess.

It was the last thing I expected to arrived messed up. It looks cool with the red fans I put on it though. I expected motherboard/hdd to arrived messed up.


mouse he got is crappy so he got a logitech g400.

I'm glad I went with intel cpu in mine,his amd isn't horrible but even in web browsing I can tell it's not nearly as snappy as my i5. I was surprised because he's using a wd black hdd which is supposed to be like the best hdd, and mine is just a cheap seagate 1tb that was on sale on newegg


thinking back on it I should of saw if he wanted to try out the seagate hybrid hard drive to see how it would fare.


Maybe on black friday if 250gb ssd are cheap I'll get one,I can't really justify spending so much on an ssd now just for 120gb
