I got my nightly medication doubled and I'm surprised at the difference it made. I naturally woke up for the first time at 8:00 AM, instead of 12-2 AM like I normally do, and I didn't have to lay there for about 10-20 minutes trying to force myself to stay awake and crawl out of bed. I could even walk around feeling conscious instead of mostly asleep as soon as I woke up. Modern medicine is amazing sometimes Very Happy

i got prescribed some anti depressants and doubling the dose. I've been feeling a tad bit better. No more morbid thoughts as of late. A couple of side effects though.


Good to hear about your breakthrough though bob. Wish i could wake up at eight haha. Love the morning but i can't help staying up late. usually wake up around ten/eleven thirty

Yeah, lol. I slept in until 11:00, but I still could've easily gotten up at 8.

As for your anti-depressants, just make sure you tell your doctor if you feel like they stop working. My anti-depressants are currently maxed out, so they increased my anti-psychotics instead, and that seems to be helping.

Hearing shit actually isn't that funny metal.

I got to have the lovely hallucination of hearing the phone ring next to me, then in my closet, then all over the house yesterday, lol. Wasn't fun. And I got to hear the car pull up like 5-6 times before somebody actually got home. :/
