[CUDA] Why won't my GTX Titan work this hard all the time... CUDAencoding

Just found out that the free encoder I was using for encoding some videos for my IOS devices (darn Apple and them thinking non-encoded videos are evil...) supports CUDA processing.

Wish the card worked this hard all the time. LoL
