I saw this a few days ago and thought it was a really cool concept. It uses the GPS on your phone and locations around your city are "beacons" that you have to go and capture, hack/take from other people and protect from other people hacking what you've just taken.
It's kind of like an online augmented reality version of a game of king of the hill. Or maybe a video game form of geocaching...sort of.
As far as I know there isn't anything else out there like it.
I might get into it once I get more free time in September.
