It can be more difficult...well the getting the number part. Talking is just a matter of opening your mouth and making sounds. Blurting out that a girl is really pretty 10 seconds in can backfire on you though depending on the girl they could just think you're a creep. Depends how charming you are I guess.

Sometimes you need to butter them up a bit first before tipping your hand like that.
