I've done this on a few forums and games in the past with quite a good success.
What I'm suggesting requires both honesty and integrity.
Basically pick a number between 0000 and 9999 (costs $5 per number) winner on 1st of December gets the loot.
Entry:
Price: $5 / Number;
Details:
Pick a number between 0000 and 9999;
On the 1st of December I will put all the numbers into a random number generator to decide the winner.
Rules:
Each person that entered will be expected to pay the winner via paypal.
If the winner cannot accept paypal, any other means to transfer money will apply.
If they cannot collect payment online in any way, I will personally do it via wire transfer (or a site mod if you chose). Obviously the payments would have to be made to them first.
I wont be playing because it would not be fair, but I'll add $10 to the pot to get it started.
