I really don't know what to think if Left4Dead is the game they use to showcase Source 2.

I mean it's a decent game but come on there's one game everyone is expecting to come out with Source 2.

Personally meh on Half Life 3.... don't care if it ever comes out. L4D3 ... I love L4D1 and 2, and it has been 4 years ( I just want to know what they could have changed or came up with since then)... but for a game to showcase Source 2... Half Life would be the better choice (just for everything), but L4D3 could show how much it could handle on screen. I am just interested in what it could look like.
