On friday, I went to another all-day LAN party, introduced some friends to the awesomeness that is Killing Floor, and started playing a new champion in League of Legends. That was really fun, especially since the food was better this time around, and there were fewer people.
Saturday, I finally went to ikea and got some more stuff for my dorm room. I now have a bed ready to set up, all that remains is packing and buying some more clothes.
Sunday, Siren and I went to our friend Brianna's good-bye party. She's moving to Oregon tomorrow, so it's likely the last time I'll see her in a long while. But damn, the food there was excellent. Her family is mexican, and her dad made tacos and salsa for everyone. The mild salsa was really hot, but her dad convinced me to try some of the hot salsa. That shit almost made me die. It was all I could do to keep a straight face. But it was so good. Much better than any shitty salsa I've had before.
Yesterday, got my wisdom teeth out, and finally learned to appreciate the phrase "better living through chemistry". My mouth is kinda stiff, and my lower lip is still numb, but the bleeding has stopped and the drugs are dulling the pain. But on the downside, I have to stare at my keyboard in order to keep track of what I'm typing, and my attention wanders really easily.
