That it was in BC2, my chosen side arm back then.
Would like if it sounded a bit more beefier too.

Makes you wonder if the weapon list is truly complete, since the M1911 wasn't listed in the "official complete weapon list"

True, EA and their BS money mongering ways. They're just as bad as Activision.

I just want my G3 back at the very least, I like the fact that there are more 7.62mm caliber BR's but seriously, the G3 is a classic that's been in just about every BF game since BC2 (2142 not withstanding). Either that or the FAL, come on DICE, show us some love!

I like how the FAMAS is actually controllable in BF4, granted it's still dirt fugly. The ACE and the CZ looks like it'll be interesting.

Anyone else notice that the M16 is the A2 variant as opposed to the A3 variant that was in BF3? For those that don't know, the A3 is full auto the A2 is burst only. Kind of intriguing because that's how it was back in BF2.

Hopefully that will encourage people to use other guns.

I like how they are trying to dissuade the whole M16 MLG pro medic train thing that happened with BF3.

Yeah, I really like who they have it being burst only again. It was really getting old IMO, seeing Colonel 100's with 100 star M16A3's.

It was arguably the best gun in BF3, great RoF, Superb accuracy, and extremely controllable on top of fastest reload time in the game? Hurka derp!

That and the M4 was the best carbine in the game, the M27 (an AR derivitive) was easily the best LMG in the game too.

To hell with it, DICE has a massive hard on for anything "M16/AR15" like in design.

Also there was a bullpup rifle in the first bit that I cant remember the name of that looked quite awesome

The SAR-21?

It's a Singaporean Bulpup assault rifle, and is currently their standard issue military small arm for their military last I knew.

Well the DMR's and semi autos are now all class kits now. So you're not relegated to being Recon if you want to go and be a Designated Marksman for your squad, any class can use them.
