Shoji said only put it in the microwave for 3 seconds which I doubt is anywhere long enough

Poptarts are ok, but I get tired of them pretty quick...I just eat the fruit ones(unfrosted) and most of the time I put them in the toaster for a little while. Usually I'd rather just have some Eggo Waffles or Toaster Strudel.
