Ive slept about 10 hours total since Monday.

Damn Im beat

Been up since 430 this morning when the wife was getting ready for work

Hopefully I sleep tonight

i get insomnia at uni and during holidays.

its worse in the holidays since i cant just play games all night and go to sleep early the next day, which i do at Uni, as Frost and Pariah can testify haha.

Sleep is a fleeting thing for me at times

Ive got nothing to do to occupy my time until school starts either

im just about staving insomnia off. ending up going to sleep at 1-2am, instead of the 5am i get when its really bad. it helps that i wake up early too, when my parents leave for work and i get a cup of tea to force me awake. if i dont get my tea i wake up at like 11 and then my sleep cycles get more and more nocturnal Razz

Dude, our few games of civ that were 8 hours each. haha. Mechs.

But yeah I was slightly deperessed and had some seriously bad insomia my first year in college... insomnia was still present second year and depression was less present.

I would wake up at ... 9am... go to classes and try to sleep after... but to be up at 5am...go to Tim Hortons... grab a breaskfast sandwhich, hot chocolate or coffee... and be up till 9 ... then pass out and wake up at 12:30 ...half an hour before class... it sucked balls. (one of those early/late nights I picked up Saints Row The Third... it was amazing.

College fixed my Insomnia thanks to the routine of it all

Get up at 6.30 and go to sleep at around 10.30

I normally go to bed at like 5am or somethin lol,sleeping schedule has been fucked pretty much since I got outta school. I'm more of a night person anyway though, I mostly just sleep the summer days away here,too fuckin hot

I used to be a go to be at 4am get up at Midday rinse and repeat Very Happy

But I dont mind my new sleeping schedule

my insomnia was just my timetable being all over the place, some days i had nothing, other days i had 3h of labs, or 5h of field trip, the next day i had 1h lecture at 9am then the day off because fuck students. it was all over the place Razz
