It's a game you cannot play on KBM. Tom and I have emphasized this every time someone mentions it.
The game was meant for analog, much like Zelda on N64 or other console exclusives. Movement and aiming are done on one stick, while camera control is on the other, unlike in an FPS where movement is on one side and aiming is on the other.
Unlocked strafing was never meant to be in the game in the first place, which is how most KBM games are played.
