I am more concerned with gunners. I think people that don't know how to fly will either learn to fly or give up, but anyone can sit in the gunner seat. Not knowing where to look, what to shoot, when to shoot, and how to PROPERLY shoot. But this is probably just a minor complaint I am expressing as dedicated pilot.

Agreed, too many stupid gunners out there sadly. This is the same thing when driving in a tank and you have some jack ass firing off the .50 when I'm trying to flank another tank (I'm talking about legitimately not having any kind of target whatsoever) and giving my position away.
